About Jinxing
Founded in 2002, Zhengzhou Jinxing Refractory Co., Ltd. is located in Yuecun Town, Xinmi City, Henan Province, one of China's main refractory production regions, with fixed-asset investment of over RMB 200 million. We specialise in refractory linings for rotary kilns: cement, lime, magnesium-metal, alumina/bauxite and zinc-oxide (Waelz) kilns, as well as waste-incineration kilns. We supply zone-matched bricks for high-temperature, transition, secondary high-temperature and cooling zones, together with refractory castables.
Our main product families are corundum-based composite bricks, silica-mullite bricks and phosphate-bonded high-alumina bricks (wear-resistant and high-RUL grades).
The plant operates two automatic tunnel kilns (100 m high-temperature and 80 m medium-temperature) and two automatic batching plants, with an annual capacity of more than 50,000 tonnes.

Jinxing develops corundum-based composite bricks and phosphate-bonded wear-resistant bricks to counter the main wear mechanisms in rotary kilns: chemical attack (alkalis, sulphur, iron/zinc/lead-bearing slags), thermal shock and mechanical abrasion.
